As a licensed builder, Bowcey Construction provides Project Management for New Construction with their 2/5/10 Home Warranty. Bowcey charges a FLAT RATE management fee to ensure the client there is no benefit in going over budget. Bowcey also allows the client to pay all of the invoices directly so they know exactly where there money is being spent. In addition, Bowcey provides an interactive live budget so the client can track all expenses as the project progresses.
