Character Restoration

This was a Character Restoration and house lift. We replaced the foundation and increased the basement ceiling height. We saved and restored as much of the existing character features as possible.

Completing this renovation for an out of province client added to the already complex nature of the project. We are very proud of how smoothly this project went and to this day I enjoy driving past it and reminiscing of the time we spent here
